Adding a New Contribution Record for the Project

In the Details section, the user can add a new contribution record for the project s/he has selected to vew details for.

In order to add a new contribution record for the project, the user should:

Steps:

  1. Click the Add Contribution button in the toolbar above the Details screen. A new window will open.
  2. Indicate the funding agency to add the contribution record for by selecting the appropriate instance from the drop-down list.
  3. Click the Add Contribution button, which appears as soon as the user indicates the funding agency. The user will be directed to the Commitments and Disbursements sub-section of the Data Entry Form.
  4. Fill in the information requested. Note: Please refer to the Data Entry Module user manual for more details on how to provide project financial information.
